Sleep Meditation: Self-Hypnosis for Setting Goals Through Deep & Blissful Sleep

This guided sleep mediation uses self-hypnosis techniques to take you gently into a blissfully relaxed alpha state. During the meditation, you get to set goals and intentions, impressing into your mind your life goals and dreams. In this alpha state, the sub-conscious mind is receptive and your thoughts will become deeply embedded. All we will do is take you down into this alpha state; all your thoughts will be entirely your own. Afterwards, the recording continues with ambient sounds for a while, with a slow fade-out, allowing you enter a deep and blissful sleep.
